Cancellation: 72 hours prior to arrival with a $25.00 handling fee. Ninety days cancellation for Master's reservation, call for information.

Sorry no pets in the main house. Hosts have a small dog
Two small pets allowed in the cottage with a $50.00
non-refundable fee. Also, tenant shall be responsible for any damages (above $50.00) caused by pets or anyone within their control. Pets shall be attened at all times.
Non-Smoking Inn, outside in designated areas only. Guests smoking in rooms will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit room fees.
